Bought a van two years ago an they done me a very good deal vans brilliant good service from this company.

We've had some pretty horrible experiences with other dealerships (further afield) in the past which have been quite scarring. So, when we saw a truck being sold so local, it was ideal for us! We've had nothing but an amazing experience dealing with Coles Commercials - a small, genuine, family run business. Dug & his Dad have been nothing less than attentive and helpful throughout the whole process - nothing is too much trouble for them. The vehicle came with a warranty and fully serviced for us. It can be quite difficult to find genuine dealerships, but that's one quality that these guys really do have. I'll definitely be using them moving forward for vehicles - thank you guys!

Very good service overall. Found a vehicle we were interested in - initially had difficulty viewing it (due to their workload and that their site was unmanned at the time) so they nearly missed a sale. However, when we saw it and Doug took us for a spin we were impressed with his honesty and that he wasn't pushy in any way, so we bought it. Once he'd serviced it and sorted a couple of minor things he even dropped it off to my home for me.

From start to finish the service has been first class. Doug’ and his dad are a joy to be around and make you feel valued. When asking to test drive multiple vehicle, not once did it seems any trouble. I cannot recommend Coles Commercials highly enough and will not hesitate when I need my next van!
